Bar Manager - Le Foote

Start: ASAP Where: The Rocks, NSW Type: Full time Pay: On application

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Le Foote as our Next Bar Manager

Le Foote isn’t just a French bistro, it’s the kind of place that understands its role in the grand, timeworn ritual of eating well. It sits in Sydney’s Rocks, a neighborhood where the past still lingers, stitched into the cobblestones and the salt air drifting in from the harbor.

An ode to the French bistro and wine bar, it’s a place of quiet corners and sunlit courtyards, where time slows and a good meal unfolds the way it should – gradually, with purpose, and always with wine.

We focus on creating an unforgettable experience for our guests, combining friendly service, high-quality products, and a magical atmosphere.

Our beverage program highlights:

  • Seasonal cocktails

  • Local and European ales

  • Wines from iconic small producers

  • A curated back bar of spirits

As Bar Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of Le Foote's two bars. Working in partnership with Swillhouse Cocktail and Drinks Creative Director Lello Arzedi on developing a beautiful, seasonal beverage offering.

This role requires someone with a true passion for growing and leading a team, with a focus on their performance, development and wellbeing. Someone who walks the talk, leads from the front and holds themselves to the same standards they uphold in others.
